Delicious dip for entertaining or taking to a potluck. Serve with cut up veggies or corn chips or toasted tortillas.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor or blender, combine the artichoke hearts, mayo, cheese, chiles, onions and spinach and blend.
Pour in a shallow baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle paprika over the top.
Bake at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes.
