They’re certified gluten free and comprised of brown rice flour, sesame, quinoa, flax and amaranth seeds (thus the protein), potato starch, safflower oil, tamari soy sauce powder, maltodextrin and salt, a short list of ingredients compared to most commercial crackers.
They make a wonderful lunch with tuna salad or smoked salmon accompanied by homemade soup.
