I first noticed Justin’s at the Natural Foods Expo West a couple years ago. I opted to try one of their Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cups and was instantly enamored with the taste, texture and the attention to organic and GMO-free ingredients.

My nut butter-loving family and friends sampled the Honey Almond Butter, Vanilla Almond Butter, and the heavenly Chocolate Hazelnut Butter. All three were given the thumbs up signal of “deliciousness”. Whether they were spread on a piece of gluten-free bread, crackers, bagels or used in GFP's Asian Dipping Sauce recipe, there were wide eyes and “mmmm” sounds coming out of everyone’s mouth. The Energy Snacks seemed more like sweet treats and were extremely satisfying when consumed as the “low energy mid afternoon” snack.
Reading about Justin’s, the company based in Boulder, Colorado, it’s refreshing to see their commitment to the environment, sustainability and decreasing their carbon footprint, in addition to offering delicious, healthy and an amazing variety of flavors for nut butters.
