Cafe Scramble

Quick and healthy tofu lovers scramble.  If you never quite knew what to do with tofu, here’s a great recipe to experiment with.

Ingredients:

    • 1/2 C. mushrooms, slicedFODMAP
    • 1/2 C. italian sausage, spicy, cooked and sliced
    • 1 Tbsp. g.f. tamari
    • 1 Tbsp. butter , melted, add to tamari
    • 1 C. tofu , cubed
    • 1 C. broccoli, chopped
    • 1/2 C. red onion, choppedFODMAP

Combine all ingredients and sauté in a skillet until the broccoli is bright green., about 5 minutes

Yield:
