Tasty spinach with a crispness.

- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 4 C. spinach, whole or chopped
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
In a large sauté pan add 1 T olive oil and heat on medium for 1 minute.
Add spinach and sprinkle with salt. Using tongs mix spinach in oil and salt until just wilted or longer for a crispier texture and bright green and serve immediately.
