Greg's No-Cook Applesauce

So easy and fast, no cooking the apples. Fresh, fiber and dee-licious.  Serve as a side or over pancakes, with muffins or a quick snack.

Ingredients:

    • 4 apple(s), Red delicious, washed, cored, quartered (leave skin on)FODMAP
    • 1/4 C. yogurt , Vanilla
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
    • 1/8 tsp. cloves, ground
    • 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted

Process apples (skin on if organic) in blender or food processor until chunky.

Add yogurt, cinnamon, cloves and sunflower seeds.  Blend until smooth.  Chill.

Yield: 

2 C.
